If you've found your way to this little corner of the internet, chances are you love creativity, handmade art, or maybe you're simply curious about the world of wood burning. Whatever brought you here, I hope you'll stay awhile. 

Wood burning started as a creative outlet for me, but it quickly became so much more. Every piece of wood tells its own story, and every burn is a reminder that something beautiful can come from patience, practice, and even a few mistakes along the way. 

That's exactly what Beyond the Burn means to me. 

This blog isn't just about finished projects. It's about everything that happens beyond the burn; the inspiration behind each design, the lessons learned, the moments of frustration, the small victories, and the joy of creating something by hand.
