Welcome! By using this website and purchasing my handmade products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Handmade Products

Each item is individually handcrafted. Because of the handmade nature of my work, slight variations in wood grain, color, shape, and woodburning details are normal and make every piece unique.

Orders

Orders are processed after payment has been received. I reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary, including situations involving pricing errors or product availability.

Custom Commissions

Custom commission orders are created specifically for you based on the details we agree upon before work begins.

  • A deposit may be required before work starts.
  • Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Small adjustments may be possible during the design process, but major changes after work has started may result in additional charges.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Payment is required before ready-to-ship items are shipped. Custom orders may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Shipping

Please refer to the Shipping Policy for information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is handmade, I do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work together to resolve the issue.

Product Care

Wood is a natural material and should be handled with care.

To help preserve your artwork:

  • Keep items away from excessive moisture.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Do not soak wooden jewelry or artwork in water.
  • Store jewelry in a dry location when not in use.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, product designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

I strive to accurately represent every product through photographs and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

My liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during the ordering process is used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments or ship your order.
