Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship items will be packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Custom commissions and made-to-order pieces require additional time. Estimated completion times will be discussed during the commission process and may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking whenever available. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged to help protect your handmade item during transit. I take great care to ensure your purchase arrives in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. I'll work with you to find the best possible solution.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and I'll do everything I can to help locate it.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International Shipping
